What is in the bottle
Coconut water is the clear liquid inside a young green coconut. HydraYu bottles it the way it comes out of the fruit — filled and sealed at source, so it never has to be reduced to concentrate and reconstituted with water later.
That keeps the ingredient list to one line, and it is the reason the taste is closer to a fresh coconut than to a reconstituted juice.

Nothing is added and nothing is concentrated out. What is in the bottle is what the coconut put there.
High in potassium
342 mg of potassium per 100 ml — 17% of the daily reference intake, and above the EU threshold for a “high in” claim on a beverage. Nothing is added to reach it. That permits:
- Potassium contributes to normal muscle function
- Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system
- Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure
Low salt. 0.02 g per 100 ml — six times under the EU threshold for a low-salt claim.
